Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use CreatorWorth. If you are under 18, you may only use our platform with the verified consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
CreatorWorth is a pricing intelligence platform for Indian content creators. We provide data-driven reports that help creators understand market rates for brand deals based on their niche, follower count, and engagement profile. CreatorWorth is based in Bangalore, India.
CreatorWorth offers a one-time paid report (₹499) that provides:
Our reports are based on aggregated market data and are intended as a reference tool. They do not constitute financial or legal advice. Actual brand deal rates may vary based on market conditions, brand budgets, and negotiation.
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay (subject to their separate terms and privacy policy). The current price for a CreatorWorth report is ₹499 (inclusive of applicable taxes).
Due to the digital nature of our product, we do not offer refunds once the report has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue preventing report delivery, contact us at support@creatorworth.in within 48 hours and we will resolve it promptly.

All content on CreatorWorth — including the pricing methodology, dataset, design, and reports — is the intellectual property of CreatorWorth. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
CreatorWorth is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using our pricing data. Brand deal rates are influenced by many factors outside our control, and our estimates are based on aggregated market data that may not reflect every individual situation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law (including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Information Technology Act, 2000), CreatorWorth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or reports. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant report.
By using CreatorWorth, you consent to our collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We handle your data in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and all other applicable Indian data protection laws.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of CreatorWorth after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, please discontinue use before the effective date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
